[1] The institution is currently headed by Ryan William Gonzales and has a student enrollment of approximately 1250.

[5] The Pueblo West High School girls softball team secured consecutive State Championships in 2004[6] and 2005.

[7] In 2007, the Pueblo West High School football team proudly brought home the Colorado 4A State Championship in 2007.

[8] The Pueblo West High School boys basketball team claimed the Colorado 4A State Championship in 2016.

[9] The Pueblo West High School boys baseball team won Colorado 4A State Championship in 2019.
