After living anonymously in Italy, she is forced to return to America after Ryan shared information to her about Shelby's kidnapping by a notorious international arms dealer known as The Widow.

Owen invites Jocelyn Turner to the team as the former FBI agent has intelligence about the arms dealer, due in part to their past history.
