Irma Cohon Memorial Foundation Award[11] In 2017 Cooper welcomed the King of Bahrain Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa at the Simon Wiesenthal Center in Los Angeles together with Marvin Hier paving the way for the Abraham Accords via Track II diplomacy.
