Since 21 January 2025, he has been the Chairman of the Committee of Emergency Situations and Civil Defense under the government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

[2] In March 1992, he joined the Tajik National Army, serving in the Ministry of Defense in the positions of deputy military commissar.

[1] During the Tajikistani Civil War, he served in a detachment in the Popular Front of Tajikistan.

[1] On 20 November 2013, he was appointed First Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for National Security, which concurrently comes with the posts of Head of the Main Directorate of the Border Troops and Commander of the Border Troops of the SCNS.

[1] On 21 January 2025, he was appointed Chairman of the Committee of Emergency Situations and Civil Defense under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
