Ramón Solis (born 8 July 1960) is a Filipino weightlifter.

He competed in the men's middle heavyweight event at the 1988 Summer Olympics.

[2] He has also competed at the 1998 Asian Games in the men's 105 kg event.

[4] Among the weightlifters he coached includes Olympians Hidilyn Diaz and Elreen Ando.

[6] He is also among the coaches involved in the selection of weightlifters that represented that Philippines at the 2017 Summer Universiade in Taipei.
