Udinski also played for the Montreal Alouettes of the Canadian Football League (CFL).
That year the team went 11–3 and made it to the quarterfinals before losing to Upper Dublin High School 21–46.
[2] As a senior, he was named All-Area Player of the Year as he led the Knights to a 6A District 1 title and a 14–1 record,[3][4] only losing to St. Joseph's Preparatory School 25–35 in the playoffs.
[5] They beat Garnet Valley High School 48–38 in the Class 6A District 1 championship.
[11] He made his college football debut in week one in a 0–62 loss against FBS opponent Air Force.

In his eleven starts he broke almost every VMI passing record as he threw for 3,082, becoming the first in school history to surpass 3,000 yards.
[19] Udinski began the season against Toledo where he went 25 of 44 for 154 yards and two interceptions before eventually being benched in favor of Austin Coulling late in the 3–66 loss.
[22] He would bounce back against Western Carolina as he threw the ball 72 times, completing 43 of them, and tossing a school-record 491 yards alongside four touchdowns.
He set multiple school passing records and was named to the 2019 All-SoCon Second-Team offense.
[4] The team started with a 17–56 loss to Marshall, Udinski would go twenty of 35 for 192 yards and one touchdown.

[32][33] After losing four straight to Mercer, Western Carolina, Furman, and Army they would win the last game of the season against Chattanooga.
[35] He entered the transfer portal on December 3, 2020, prior to the 2020–21 season but would still play and graduate from VMI.
[38] Against Samford after falling behind by ten going into the fourth quarter he would outscore the Bulldogs 13–3 to force overtime.
[42] In his redshirt senior season, he would appear in five games for the Terrapins, making his FBS debut against FCS opponent Howard in week two.
[49] He would lead the team to a three game win streak against Saint Francis 31–21, Lehigh 30–6, and Stony Brook 51–7.
23 Elon, Udinski threw for a season-high 383 yards while also tallying on two touchdown passes in the 27–30 loss.
[53] The win streak would come to an end against the Tribe, as Udinski's 277 yards and two touchdowns were not enough, they finished the final week of the season losing 26–37.
