Reyne Smith (born October 28, 2002) is an Australian college basketball player for the Louisville Cardinals of the Atlantic Coast Conference.

Smith grew up in Ulverstone, Tasmania and attended Australia's Centre of Excellence at the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) in Canberra.

[6] In Smith's sophomore season the 2022–23 Charleston Cougars won 31 games before qualifying for the 2023 NCAA tournament, a record for the school's Division I era.

[8] Smith's personal 14–0 run against Towson in the CAA Tournament Semifinals was instrumental in the team's eventual Championship victory against UNC Wilmington.

[18] Smith earned the title of CAA Tournament MVP and a spot on the All-Tournament team after leading the 2023–24 Charleston Cougars through the postseason.
