Richard Peery (born 1938 or 1939) is an American billionaire real estate developer.
[2][3] Richard has a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University and dropped out of the MBA program at Stanford.
In the 1960s, he teamed up with fellow real estate developer John Arrillaga, who died in 2022.
Together, they bought Silicon Valley farmland to create office parks and became billionaires.
Peery owns about 3.3 million square feet of office space, with tenants including Google and Intuit.
