Rink "Rien" van der Velde (born 21 February 1957)[1] is a Dutch politician.

He was a member of the House of Representatives of the Netherlands for the Labour Party between 25 October 2016 and 23 March 2017.

On 14 December 2016 he became a permanent member of the House when he took the place of the resigned parliamentary group leader Diederik Samsom.
