The Rifstangi ([ˈrɪfsˌtʰauɲcɪ]) is a small peninsula in northeast Iceland, located on the larger Melrakkaslétta [ˈmɛlˌrahkaˌstljɛhta] peninsula.
It is the northernmost tip of mainland Iceland.
