Rim Rock Farm is an American historic cross country running course.
Former head track and field and cross country coach Bob Timmons donated the property to the University of Kansas in 2004.
Coach Timmons owned the farm and hosted meets on the site since 1974.
[2] Rim Rock Farm also features specific hills, turns and other landmarks that are named after former Jayhawk greats.
Rim Rock Farm hosted the Big Eight Cross Country Championships in 1983, 1991 and 1995 and was also the site of the 1998 NCAA Division I and II Cross Country Championships as well as numerous Kansas high school state meets.
