Rio Mitcham (born 30 August 1999) is a British track and field athlete who competes as a sprinter.

He won a silver medal at the England Athletics u23 Championship in June 2021 in the 400 metres.

[4] He was selected for the 2023 World Athletics Championships in Budapest in August 2023 and competed in the mixed 4 × 400 m relay.

He won a silver medal as the British team set a new national record time of 3:11.06.
