River Falls is a town in Pierce County, Wisconsin, United States.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 44.7 square miles (115.7 km2), all of it land.

As of the census[2] of 2000, there were 2,304 people, 802 households, and 626 families residing in the town.

There were 821 housing units at an average density of 18.4 per square mile (7.1/km2).

14.5% of all households were made up of individuals, and 2.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
