Spring Lake is a town in Pierce County, Wisconsin, in the United States.

The unincorporated communities of Hatchville and Olivet are located partially in the town.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 31.3 square miles (81.0 km2), all of it land.

The racial makeup of the town was 98.91% White, 0.18% Native American, 0.18% Asian, and 0.73% from two or more races.

14.1% of all households were made up of individuals, and 5.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
