Rock Falls is a town in Lincoln County, Wisconsin, United States.

[3] Rock Falls is in central Lincoln County, 11 miles (18 km) north Merrill, the county seat, and 12 miles (19 km) south of Tomahawk.

U.S. Route 51 crosses part of the eastern side of the town, and Wisconsin Highway 107 crosses the entire town from south to north, running up the east side of the Wisconsin River.

There were 415 housing units at an average density of 8.7 per square mile (3.4/km2).

18.6% of all households were made up of individuals, and 4.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
