Roger Gordon Strand (April 28, 1934 – September 7, 2017) was a United States district judge of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.
Born in Peekskill, New York, Strand received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hamilton College in 1955 and a Bachelor of Laws from Cornell Law School in 1961.
He was in the United States Navy as a Lieutenant (j.g.)
He was a United States Naval Reserve Lieutenant from 1958 to 1961.
