Ronald Edward Faurot (born January 27, 1962) is an American former professional football player who was a defensive end for two seasons with the New York Jets in the National Football League (NFL).
[1] He then played college football for the Arkansas Razorbacks,[2] where, as a senior, he was honored by United Press International as a first-team All-American.
[3] Faurot was selected by the Jets in the first round of the 1984 NFL draft with the 15th overall pick.
[4] He appeared in 20 games for the Jets, over two seasons, recording two sacks.
