Rose Elena Jenkins[1] is an American lawyer who is serving as a judge of the United States Tax Court.

From 2023 to 2024, she served as an attorney in the Office of Associate Chief Counsel (Procedure & Administration) at the Internal Revenue Service.

[2] On February 1, 2024, President Joe Biden nominated Jenkins to the seat vacated by Judge Elizabeth Crewson Paris, whose term expired on July 29, 2023.

[3] On June 4, 2024, a hearing on her nomination was held before the Senate Finance Committee.

[5] On September 19, 2024, the United States Senate invoked cloture on her nomination by a 76–15 vote.
