Ruisseau du Pied du Mont

The ruisseau du Pied du Mont (English: Pied du Mont stream) is a tributary of the southern bank of the upper part of the rivière des Mares (Gouffre River tributary), flowing entirely in the town of Baie-Saint-Paul, in the Charlevoix Regional County Municipality, in the administrative region of Capitale-Nationale, in the province of Quebec, in Canada.

The water level of the river varies with the seasons and the precipitation; the spring flood generally occurs in April.

The Pied du Mont stream rises at the mouth of an unidentified small lake (length: 0.127 kilometres (0.079 mi); altitude: 536 metres (1,759 ft)).

This mouth is located at: From the mouth of the Pied du Mont stream, the current descends on 11.0 kilometres (6.8 mi) the course of the Mares river; then on 7.8 kilometres (4.8 mi) with a drop of 15 metres (49 ft) following the course of the Rivière du Gouffre which flows into Baie-Saint-Paul in the Saint-Laurent river.
