Rychłowiec [rɨˈxwɔvjɛt͡s] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Rząśnia, within Pajęczno County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland.

It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) north-east of Rząśnia, 11 km (7 mi) north-east of Pajęczno, and 67 km (42 mi) south-west of the regional capital Łódź.
