Rydingia (tinjute) is a genus of plants in the family Lamiaceae, first described in 2007.
The genus is native to eastern Africa and south-western Asia, and found in Eritrea, Ethiopia, Iran, Oman, Pakistan, West Himalaya and Yemen.
