Ryusei Ohe (大江 竜聖, Ohe Ryusei, born January 15, 1999 in Zama, Kanagawa, Japan) is a professional Japanese baseball player.

He is a pitcher for the Yomiuri Giants of Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB).
