São João das Lampas (Portuguese pronunciation: [sɐ̃w ʒuˈɐ̃w dɐʒ ˈlɐ̃pɐʃ]) is a former civil parish in the municipality of Sintra, Lisbon District, Portugal.

In 2013, the parish merged into the new parish São João das Lampas e Terrugem.
