The S10 is a railway service that runs every half-hour between Biasca and Chiasso in the Swiss canton of Ticino.
Treni Regionali Ticino Lombardia (TILO), a joint venture of Swiss Federal Railways and Trenord, operates the service.
The S10 uses the Ceneri Base Tunnel between Giubiasco and Lugano, bypassing the traditional Gotthard route.
South of Chiasso, every other train continues to Como San Giovanni in Italy, providing hourly service between there and Biasca.
[5][6] It was again extended Albate-Camerlata in December 2015, and then cut back to Como San Giovanni in September 2018.
