With the successful opening of SM City Mindpro last December 2020, SM Prime Holdings scouted a bigger lot that would build them a second and a bigger mall.
[1] The mall is located along Vitaliano Agan Avenue, one of the busiest Avenues in the city and will be opened in the last quarter of 2024.
SM Prime Holdings expects the new 4-level mall to rise as a new lifestyle landmark in the city.
The mall will feature an elevated biophilic design language and an indoor garden.
The mall will feature a range of new global brands, dining concepts, and leisure attractions built in over 60,000 square meters of premium retail space.
