Saint-Lupicin (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃ lypisɛ̃]) is a former commune in the Jura department in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region in eastern France.

On 1 January 2017, it was merged into the new commune Coteaux du Lizon.
