SAHS opened a newly renovated facility for the 2004 school year.

In 2003 the new building was completed where St Albans High School currently stands.

In 1974, the largest class in history of St Albans High School graduated with 620 students.

[3] After the completion in 2003, the new St Albans High School was recognized for two awards.

St. Albans High School competes in the Gazette-Mail Kanawha County Majorette and Band Festival.
