Saint George church (Ukrainian: Церква святого Юрія) Greek Catholic Parish Church (UGCC) in Shmankivchyky of the Zavodske settlement hromada of the Chortkiv Raion of the Ternopil Oblast.

Registration of the religious community of the UGCC in the village of Shmankivchyky took place on July 24, 1991.

In the spring of 1992, the construction of the chapel began and in May, on Mother's Day, it was consecrated by Fr.

Ivan Senkiv consecrated the cornerstone and began construction of a new church.

The consecration ceremony was performed by the Bishop of the Buchach Eparchy Dmytro Hryhorak, OSBM.
