Salisbury, Pennsylvania

Salisbury is a borough in Somerset County, Pennsylvania, United States.

Salisbury was laid out by Joseph Markley in 1794, with Douglas Baker as the surveyor.

[4] The town, located on the Turkey Foot Road,[5] was organized as a borough in 1862.

[7] According to the United States Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 0.4 square miles (1.0 km2), all land.

33.7% of all households were made up of individuals, and 21.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
