Samuel King Dennis Jr. (September 28, 1874 – January 11, 1953) was an American politician, judge and lawyer from Maryland.
Dennis was admitted to Princeton University, but did not attend due to his father's illness.
[1][2][3] Later in life, Dennis received a Doctor of Letters degree from Loyola College.
[3] Dennis served as private secretary to congressman John Walter Smith from 1900 to 1904.
He was appointed chief judge of the Supreme Bench of Baltimore City in August 1928 by Governor Albert Ritchie, succeeding James P. Gorter.
[3] Dennis died of a heart attack on January 11, 1953, at his home at 100-B Ridgewood Road in Roland Park, Baltimore.
