Samuel King Dennis (died May 12, 1892) was an American politician from Maryland.
He served as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing Worcester County, from 1870 to 1872 and 1878 to 1880.

Dennis served as a member of the Maryland Senate, representing Worcester County, from 1888 to 1890.
His son, Samuel K. Dennis Jr., was a lawyer and served in the Maryland House of Delegates.
