The Secretary of State for Foreign and Political Affairs (Italian: Segretario di Stato per gli Affari Esteri e Politici) is the minister for foreign affairs of San Marino.
Due to the absence of the office of Prime Minister in the constitutional structure of San Marino, the Secretary for Foreign Affairs is traditionally regarded as the head of the Sammarinese government.

Since 7 January 2020, the Secretary for Foreign Affairs has been Luca Beccari of the Sammarinese Christian Democratic Party.
