Sand Hill is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, United States.
It is bordered to the south by the city of Lebanon, the county seat.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 1.0 square mile (2.6 km2), all land.
