[1] KTAS Pensionskasse (KRAS pension fund), the owner of the office complex, sold it to Carlyle Group in 2007 in anticipation of TDC's move to a new headquarters at Teglholmen in 2009.
[3] The office complex comprises 14 buildings with a total floor area of approximately 45,000 square metres.
