Sapporo International University

The school begins taking applications for the first semester in December, and decisions are made by the end of January.

There may be a school-provided room available nearby with bed and bedclothes, refrigerator, TV, gas range, and heater.

The powder snow is said to be comparable to, if not better than, that of world class resorts in the Colorado Rockies or the Swiss Alps.

It is 10 minutes from Sapporo Dome, location of the 2002 World Cup Soccer Tournament and venue to many sports and cultural events.

In addition, the university is only 20 minutes from the entertainment district, Suskino, whose nightlife and restaurants attract people from all over the nation.
