Saqr Abu Fakhr (Arabic: صقر أبو فخر) is a Palestinian writer living in Lebanon.
Abu Fakhr began writing in 1973 and his works have been published in newspapers and journals such as As-Safir, Arab Studies,[which?]
He was appointed as the Editorial Secretary for the "Palestine Supplement"[1] in Assafir, a leading Arabic daily newspaper.
Abu Fakhr has written extensively about Palestinian history, culture, and the situation of refugees in Lebanon.
Abu Fakhr also became the editor of a collection of unpublished short stories by the Palestinian writer Samira Azzam upon discovering them and making them available to the public.
