Sarah Brasero-Carreira (born 1 September 2004) is a professional footballer who plays as a forward for Portuguese side G.D. Estoril Praia, in the Campeonato Nacional Feminino, and as a midfielder for the England under-23s.
She previously played for National League South side Ipswich Town and Women's Championship club Lewes, and has represented England since under-15 youth level.
[6] On 19 October, she made her debut as the youngest ever Ipswich player at 16 years old, in FA Cup qualifying against lower level Peterborough Northern Star, with the team winning comfortably 10–0.
[13][14] For the 2024–25 season, Brasero-Carreira transferred from Lewes to Portuguese side G.D. Estoril Praia who play in the Campeonato Nacional Feminino.
[2][19] On 2 December, she made her debut for the under-23s in a 2–1 defeat to Sweden, replacing Elysia Boddy in the starting lineup prior to kick off.
