Highway 995, also known as Welcome Street, is a provincial highway in the far north region of the Canadian province of Saskatchewan.

Seasonal access is provided to Highway 905 by way of the Wollaston Lake Barge.

Highway 995 runs along Welcome Bay on the south-eastern shore of Wollaston Lake.

[1] It runs from Wollaston Lake Airport[2] south then east around the bay north to the Wollaston Lake Barge.

[3] The entire highway is unpaved and is about 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) long.
