Sceloenopla octopunctata, is a species of leaf beetle found in India and Sri Lanka.

Head, prothorax and elytra are reddish brown in color.

Elytra oblong with eight rows of punctures at each elytron base.

Hind wings which are small and brown are about 5.00 mm long.
