The Second State Central Hospital (Mongolian: Улсын Хоёрдугаар Төв Эмнэлэг) is a public hospital in Bayanzürkh District, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

The hospital was originally established in 1931 with the name Activist Hospital.
