Semmeldalselva is a river in Nordenskiöld Land at Spitsbergen, Svalbard.
The river flows through the valley of Semmeldalen, and has a length of about fifteen kilometers.
Semmeldalselva debouches into the bay of Kaldbukta, at the northern side of Van Mijenfjorden.
