Semyon Vainshtok

Semyon Mikhailovich Vainshtok (born October 5, 1947) is a Russian-Israeli industrialist, former head of the state-controlled companies Transneft (1999–2007) and Olympstroy [ru] (2007–2008).

From September 11, 2007 to April 17, 2008, he was president of the State Corporation for the Construction of Olympic Facilities and Development of Sochi as a Mountain Climatic Resort.
