The complex consists of three main buildings and a shopping mall, from which the Tower C completed in 2016 is the tallest building in Mongolia standing at 120 meters (390 ft) tall, being divided into 24 floors.
[3] The shopping mall is located in the middle of the tower's base floors.
The second phase of the complex was planned to be completed between 2015 and 2016 and aimed to consist of Tower B, the 108-meter office building, Tower C, the 120-meter high hotel with 300 rooms and the five-storey shopping mall.
The entire project is owned by the Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts company, the investment rising to the costs of 500 million dollars.
The fire was successfully extinguished after two hours with no injuries or casualties reported.
