Shibchar railway station is a railway station located in Shibchar upazila of Madaripur district.

This station was formally opened on 10 October 2023.

[1][2][3][4] Ministry of Railways decided to build the new 172 km railway line to connect Jashore with Dhaka via Padma Bridge.

In 2023, the government decided to open this railway line partially from Dhaka to Bhanga.

Shibchar railway station was open for the public to that time.
