Shimo-Kamoo Station (下鴨生駅, Shimo-Kamoo-eki) is a passenger railway station located in the city of Kama, Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan.

[2] The station was opened on February 1, 1916 as Akasaka Station (赤坂駅) for freight only operations on the Chikuho Main Line.
With the privatization of Japanese National Railways (JNR), the successor of JGR, on 1 April 1987, the station came under the control of JR Kyushu.
