Sibel Şimşek (pronounced [ˈsiːbel ˈʃiːmʃec]; born October 10, 1984, in Osmancık Çorum, Turkey) is a European champion Turkish weightlifter competing in the women's 63 kg division.

She is 1.68 m (5 ft 6 in) tall and weighs 62 kg (137 lb).
