Skåmedal is a village in Bygland municipality in Agder county, Norway.

The village is located along the southwestern shore of the Åraksfjorden, about 2 kilometres (1.2 mi) southwest of the village of Sandnes, across the lake.

Skåmedal sits along the Norwegian National Road 9, about 9 kilometres (5.6 mi) northwest of the village of Bygland and about 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) south of the village of Ose.
