Skúli Thoroddsen (6 January 1859 – 21 May 1916) was an Icelandic judge and politician.
Thoroddsen was a Speaker of the Althing.

His great-granddaughter is Katrín Jakobsdóttir, the former Prime Minister of Iceland.
