Skipsfjorden (Northern Sami: Skiipavuotna) is the southern arm of the Kamøyfjorden, a fjord on the eastern side of the island of Magerøya in Nordkapp Municipality in Finnmark county, Norway.

The Honningsvåg Airport is located on the southern shore of the fjord.
