In addition to her role at the firm, Hayes is an active member of the broader architecture community including the AIA.
[11] She has Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering degrees from Cornell University as well as an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
Hayes has been recognized with a variety of honors including the Architectural League of New York Emerging Voices.
